This place is the worst of the worst...beware to all!!

My husband and I came from Pennsylvania, USA and stayed at Days Inn so we were able to just walk over to Montana's Restaurant. My first impression was of how extremely clean the ladies room was. Next came the coffee...perfect! Then the food...excellent! I had the burger and sweet potato fries with a delicious sauce/dip for the fries. Our service was outstanding.

We made reservations for my husbands birthday. Told them when we arrived it was my husband's birthday and no free cake,no moose head, no singing nothing. We take our whole family to this place for everyone's birthday. We will be finding another place from now on. A few more things, had to find a booster seat for my children myself,waiter was more interested in the football game then looking after our table(paid to watch football NICE) Impatient for us to order, my food was terrible (it tasted like nachoes with sugar on it.)If the waiter had checked I would have returned it, but by the time he came back, I didn't have time. (Kids had to be in bed)and the kids ice cream was so melted they ended up wearing most of it. VERY disappointed. Will not return.

You want a good vegee burger..........be sure to Have one from Montana's------they are the best..........

Had the all-you-can-eat ribs. Only got three ribs (not three racks, three ribs), was charged full price. One was ice cold, and inedible and was sent back. Couldn't get any more because the service was so slow, and I didn't want to make a career out of eating. First time there, and it will be the last. Extremely disappointing. The restaurant was not busy on a Friday night, and now I can see why.

Food was cold. You couldn't eat all-you-can-eat ribs, because no one ever bothered with you to ask for more. They only serve them one rib (not rack, but a single rib) at a time. And the restaurant wasn't even busy. Very disappointing experience. Rather eat at the Kelsey's across the street.

montanas is the best restaurant that i have ever ate AT IN A LONG TIME .!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Been at this montana's, the service is poor. Order some thing and it come after you have eaten all your meal. They say this is free but by then you don't want it.I would not go back any more, three strikes your out.

1st time a charm.excellent femme sever , great energy , sevice. ...brought the whole family back for a special occasion.. sad bartender,greeting was @least 10 min.?, slow service, cold potatoes and gravy, and no horseradish for my prime rib after asking 3 times , wrong sauce on ribs, never received wine ordered with dinner , must i go on..? if montanan's read these reviews i would love a response..normally don't complain because we all work in the industry, how ever this wAS REALLY DISappointing..dmlcrprotectedemailotmail.com...and it was his birthday ?! nothing..and we asked...tsk

The food was okay the SERVICE SUCKED PRIME AAA UNCOOKED COW BALLS and the tables are took damn small how are you suppose to sit in a booth with a family 4-5 (3 kids 2 adults or 4 adults) and have some drinks with 4 plates and could be appetizers on the table still PLUS bowls for bones and so on....

For a big chain restaurant like Montana's I would of figured they were not so cheap to be able to hire a extra server or two....People need jobs give it to them dammit.

waiting 15mins for my first drink and to be served was a horrible way of starting a super crud night.

Night at Montana's = cold potatoes and fries with slower then slow serviced with over priced beer and meals....

if you were to ask me as a random person on the street or chilling with my friends or working in the kitchen I would SAY hell NO to Montana's any day of the week.

i am always disappointed when i go there.
i never enjoy the food.
its sad, because i like the atmosphere and wish it was better.

Slowest service out of all the Montanna franchises I have been to. The service was very poor eventhough the restaurant was empty.There definitely lacks consistency at these restaurants. I would recommend going to a different one. Just not at this location.
