Slow service, cold meals, lazy attitude and a wait staff that could care less.

Watch as the wait staff stand around and gossip at their ordering computers and avoid customers. Ask for help and expect attitude from some of the seasoned staff.

The bartenders care more about their hair, as they mess with it and then touch your food and drink- gross!

This place needs someone who cares about customers- AKA the business before we will ever give it a chance again.

The BP at the Pen Centre is super and not that much of a drive from the Ontario St one!!
