this restaurant was a wonderful surprise.. we just happened upon it on our way home from niagara to toronto. a true diamond in the rough.

a cosy and casual environment with an extensive menu including wild salmon, souvlaki trio, prime rib.. all VERY reasonably priced for generous servings and great sides! tastes like home cooking!

the staff is lovely and friendly too!

my husband and I have been frequenting Fregos Bar and Grill for 4 yrs almost every weekend, along with friends. We have always been treated as part of a family and would recommend this restaraunt to anyone.
The staff are great.
