Everything was amazing from the service to the food, I've been numerous times and will continue going back!

Excellent Thai food, North American or traditional... Lovely wait staff. We have been there several times. One of the best asian restaurants in Ontario and the Eastern US.

I go and go and go and go back to this place!! All the time!!! It's THE best Thai Restaurant in not only the Niagara Region, but in all of Southern Ontario!! This is a restaurant who had to bring themselves out of a terrible reputation that was given to this location by the former owners of a tai restaurant named Echoes, I'm sure we all remember how bad THAT was, WELL...this IS NOT ECHOES!!! This is ITT'S THAI! This is owned by a wonderful young lady who greets you, seats you, treats you like royalty and her husband creates the best tai dishes on this side of the ocean! Her and her father will bring to your table the best you can ever desire! All of the dishes are so tasty and perfectly seasoned, well....you get the idea. The pricing is fair and well worth every penny spent. The portions are perfect and leave some to go home with for lunch the next day or a late nite snack. Please, go for yourselves and eat the best tai food that will have you addicted and wanting more!!

Itt's Thai is my most favorite Thai restaurant. The food is incredible & the service is fantastic. I give it a 10+ I would tell anyone to go and enjoy!

I drove past this place a couple times because was apprehensive of a thai place next to a food basics, man was i wrong. I ate there for the first time saturday it was phenominal, i was the only one picking up food and i could hear them chopping the veggies a great sign of freshness, the food was delicious. Cant judge anything else since i ate out but i love my opinion of food and this place was simply delicious.
You have to have the green curry it was amazing as was the soups, whole meals were really good, ive told everyone within earshot to go and i am literally calling them now to place an order!!! Seriously go, the only guy who didnt like it on here couldnt kill 30 minutes on valentines day, must be a great conversationalist.

Outstanding...I have been 3 times, and have had take out twice. Good food portions, great flavor, and great price. My brother in law, who is a chef, loves the place...and he is as picky as they come. He can tell when MSG is used, or when a product has been reheated. He can taste the quality in the meats and veggies. That alone tells me the food quality, and the skill of the chef is first class. Outstanding job on renovations, and a nice laid back atmosphere further enhances the experience. I have spread the word to many of my friends and family, and have heard back nothing but good reviews.

When they bring you the bill, you pay at the front counter. You have to ask them to take your money from your table. I feel this adds to the atmosphere, as you do not have a waiter breathing down your neck every 5 minutes. They greet you, bring your drinks, take your order, bring your order, and then leave you be. Its beautiful, and a welcome change from the Boston Pizzas of the culinary world.

This was the WORST restaurant we have ever been to. We will never go back and will let whoever we can know about the terrible customer service we received. It was Valentine's Day and they had half the restaurant booked with reservations, they had only 4 waiters on staff. They should have had more staff on hand. We waited approximately 1/2 hour for our food, could not hear our waitress because she was so quiet. They brought our food to 2 different tables and we had to wave the waiter down to get our food. We asked for the bill 3 different times and after 15 minutes got our to-go bag after it was again sent to 2 different tables and then got waved down by us again. After another 10 minutes of waiting for our bill we finally just went up to the cash register and again asked to pay, they had to scramble to get our bill and then add it all up. Goes without saying there was no tip involved.

I love this Thai restaurant. It's the best one so far in my life. and also wat i heard is Itt's Thai never use any kind of MSG. all the broth and flavour, they make it from scratch. I'm very amazed and impressed of this fact. Good job Itt's Thai. I will be your 4-ever customer

Excellent taste and quality of the menu choices. I found the take out portions large and the food definetly was as good at home as in the resturant. Will be ordering again.

My partner and I always enjoy our visits. The atmosphere is a simple elegance. But we go for the food! Every time we try one different dish and have never been disappointed. From their spicy soup to the tofu pad thai we enjoy each item. Go for a business lunch or a romantic dinner, you won't be sorry!

Great selection and great flavours!

I've been 3 times now to Itt's Thai. I have enjoyed each visit a lot. I have been to a lot of Thai restaurants in the area and consider this to be in the top 2 along with Sahla Thai. That was my favourite but now I find it too busy and not as good quality of food.

As for Itt's Thai, the decor is very nice. The young girl is a great host and I love the feel of the place. I have tried the Vegtable Rolls, Spring Rolls, and Chicken Coconut Soup which is amazing. As for mains I have had Pad Thai, Holy Basil Chicken and a Green Curry. All were great. The deep-fried bananas are great for dessert.

Try their Thai Tea drink, probally the best I've ever had.

The only problem is sometimes the portions are small but it is enough to fill me. Great place. I will keep going and spreading the word.

We've been to Itt's Thai twice for lunch have tried the spring rolls, green curry, ginger chicken, phad thai, red curry and garlic chicken. Spring rolls lack flavour, phad thai was a little light on the tamarind, but all around it was good/very good. Decided to try take-out last night. Dinner prices are higher, so we expected larger portions, but only portions of rice were larger , not portions of curry. I know takeout isn't the best way to judge a restaurant, but we ordered things that SHOULD have travelled well. Rice was atrociously overcooked and mushy. Green curry (($8.75 at lunch, $$11.75 at dinner, no perceptible portion difference) was good, as before. Mango salad ($9.95) was maybe half a mango, pleasant dressing but insufficient portion was a total rip-off at that price. 'Stir fried pork w/ beans, green peppercorns' ($10.75) was okay, nice and oily, but not enough bite from pepper and no detectable garlic flavour, which should have been there. Pork was cut in thin medallions that still managed to be tough.
Dinner prices in restaurants are higher to compensate for finer linen, better service, etc. These things do not apply to take-out and it's taking advantage of your customers to charge more and not give more. I really liked Itt's Thai for lunch, but because of disappointing dinner, will not go back.
